Great Goods, Better People Documentary
A nine minute and 30 second short documentary on food insecurity in Boston, Mass Markets, and SNAP. Interviewed, researched, and organized a documentary for a semester-long project with professor Gino Canella in Magazine, TV, and Documentary class. Contributed as a producer, editor, and web designer. Also created a website for the project that is linked: Great Goods, Better People

Blog and Data Story
A blog post that includes specific data discussing the United States intervention with Afghanistan and how that plays a role in today's politics. This was a project for Interactive News with Dr. Zhao Peng at Emerson College.

Afghan Evacuees arriving in Boston
A feature story on Afghan Evacuees arriving in Boston and the events leading up to the Kabul Airport attacks and what happened after the fact. The story includes interviews from Kazimi an Afghan Evacuee who lives in Boston and works for the International Institute of New England (IINE) as well as Jeff Theilman the President of IINE. This feature story was a semester long project for Covering Immigration at Emerson College
taught by Cindy Rodriguez.

Giraldo to create interactive data visualizations within our story. In addition, I had to learn how to create this website and imbedding the code to WordPress to present it efficiently.
