Welcome to my website! I'm Annalise McDonnell, a recent graduate of Emerson College (Class of 2023) with a Major in Journalism and a minor in Pre-Law and Post-Colonial Studies. I'm currently working as a full-time Communications and Development Associate at Nurturing Minds. In this role, I hold the responsibility of overseeing all financial transactions, managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable. My part also includes meticulous data entry and the proficient maintenance of databases. I play a pivotal role in our social media and communication endeavors, guaranteeing the effectiveness of our outreach and engagement strategies.

Furthermore, I take charge of event organization and coordination, providing invaluable support throughout the process. My responsibilities extend to volunteer management, ensuring smooth administrative integration for their participation within the organization.

Concurrently, I serve as a part-time Brand Ambassador for Downeast Cider, where I passionately share the narrative of Downeast and foster consumer engagement with our latest products.

My true passion resides in the art of storytelling and exploring diverse cultures. My skill set, including writing, research, communication, and storytelling, is geared toward global communications and international companies. My varied experiences encompass writing about various cultures, from the Ukrainian and Afghan crises to data-related topics and entertainment. This exposure has enabled me to connect with different cultures and individuals, offering abundant opportunities to refine my abilities.
